Do you supply genuine JLG parts in Portugal?
Yes. As the JLG dealer in Portugal we supply genuine parts for the whole range: articulating and telescopic boom lifts, scissor lifts, vertical and mast lifts, electric, diesel and hybrid.
Which JLG parts can you supply?
Filters, batteries and chargers, joysticks and controls, sensors and electronic modules, hydraulic cylinders, pumps and valves, engines and motors, tyres, cables, safety decals and structural components. If your part is not listed, just ask.
What do I need to send to request a part?
The model and serial number of the lift, the part number if you know it, the quantity and a photo of the part and of the ID plate. The serial number lets us confirm the exact version of the machine.
Where do I find the serial number of my JLG lift?
On the machine ID plate, usually fixed to the chassis or turntable near the base of the boom or scissor arms. It is also in the manual and in the machine documents.
How long do JLG parts take to arrive?
It depends on the part. We answer every request with availability, lead time and price. When the lift is down we look for the fastest option to cut downtime.
Do you also repair the lift?
Yes. Besides parts we provide technical service and repairs for JLG aerial platforms: fault diagnosis, component replacement, maintenance and follow-up until the machine is back at work.
Do you supply parts for other lift brands?
Yes. We supply parts for Genie, Haulotte and other brands through our multi-brand parts service.
