Data collected

We only collect the data you send voluntarily through the forms (name, company, phone, e-mail and the content of the request, including attached files), the country the request is sent from, derived from the connection, and how you reached the site (the first page you visited and the site you came from, such as a Google search), kept only in your browser and sent only with the request. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Purpose

Data is used exclusively to answer your request for a quote, information, parts or service, and for the commercial and technical follow-up that results from it.

Retention

Requests are received by e-mail and kept for as long as necessary to follow up the request and to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by contacting us at geral@trapezio.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Third-party services

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no visitor identification). Form submissions are processed by a transactional e-mail service. Maps are provided by Google Maps and videos by YouTube, subject to their respective privacy policies.
